Plot Synopsis

LOG CABIN FEVER is a one-hour reality series that follows expert craftsman Charlie Norman and his crew of skilled tradesman as they carefully deconstruct antique log cabins and barns and then use the salvaged beams to build new homes in North Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. In the premiere episode, Charlie and his team are tasked with building a single-room cabin with a spectacular view of the North Carolina highlands. After gathering chestnut beams from a historic cabin dating back to the times of Daniel Boone, the men struggle to transport the materials to the build site on the treacherous mountainside roads and battle unpredictable weather in order to construct this dream mountain retreat. On Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at 10pm ET/PT, GAC aired the U.S. premiere of LOG CABIN FEVER.

On Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at 10pm ET/PT, GAC aired the season finale of LOG CABIN FEVER. In the season ender, "Revisiting and Repairing Charlie's Log Cabins," Charlie and the crew revisit a massive log cabin vacation home they built to replace a rotting timber that's driving the homeowner crazy. Next, Charlie and his wife Beth visit a stunning wedding reception cabin retreat, one that he and his crew are particularly proud of building. And finally, Charlie and the crew create a gorgeous cabin-like television screening room for one of Charlie's old college buddies and his wife.
