Each 30-minute episode focuses on a single theme, including: "Easy Entertaining," as Lorraine creates food that is perfect for when friends turn up out of the blue; "Comfort Food," as Lorraine dishes up comforting recipes that bring on the smiles; "Simple Classics," as Lorraine prepares simple and classic recipes that have stood the test of time; "Baking It," as Lorraine indulges in her passion for baking; "Posh Nosh," as Lorraine turns her attention to some seriously fancy foods that are guaranteed to impress; and "Everyday Easy," Lorraine turns her attention to those quick fix meals that need to fit into everyday life.
