Plot Synopsis

Restaurateur Erin French spent her whole life trying to escape her small hometown of Freedom, Maine. Now, she's planted roots there again, turning her passion for feeding people into a lifelong purpose of cultivating community at The Lost Kitchen, a locally-sourced restaurant tucked away in an old 19th century mill, where travelers from all over the world gather. On Monday, January 4, 2021 -- the day that discovery+ launched -- the streaming service released the first 48-minute episode of THE LOST KITCHEN. In this episode, "Welcome to The Lost Kitchen," chef and restaurateur Erin French prepares to end a memorable season of The Lost Kitchen with a special menu featuring last-of-the-season ingredients. Erin connects with local farmers to build a menu her guests won't forget. The remaining five episodes of Season 1 dropped on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 on discovery+. THE LOST KITCHEN made its linear television debut on Thursday, January 6, 2022 at 9pm ET on the Magnolia Network, which replaced DIY Network the day prior.

The sophomore season of THE LOST KITCHEN kicked off on Friday, October 22, 2021, as Magnolia Network released the first two episodes of the new season. In the season opener, "Back to Hugging Again," Erin and her team prepare for a three-cabin dinner in the woods. The second season of THE LOST KITCHEN made its linear television debut on Sunday, February 20, 2022 at 3pm ET/PT on Magnolia Network.

Season 3 of THE LOST KITCHEN debuted on Sunday, October 30, 2022 at 3pm ET/PT on Magnolia Network and earlier in the day on the Magnolia app. In the season opener, "Winter in Maine," it's winter in Maine, and the kitchen is closed down for the season; with time available for family and friends, Erin gathers loved ones for a more personal and relaxing feast: a fish fry out at Freedom Pond, complete with ice fishing.
