Plot Synopsis
Hosted by Steffi Brungs and Chris Wackert-Brungs, LOVE IS BLIND: GERMANY is a one-hour reality series that features local German singles seeking true love and a commitment that lasts a lifetime -- all before meeting each other face-to-face. Singles who want to be loved for who they are, rather than what they look like, have signed up for a less conventional approach to modern dating where they hope to meet the person they want to spend the rest of their lives with...without ever having seen them. With no distractions from the outside world, the singles talk to a stream of potential love interests and when a meaningful connection is made, they propose and then lay their eyes on their fiance for the first time. After meeting face-to-face, the potential soulmates spend the next four weeks fast-tracking their new relationships in the real world. They will travel to a romantic couples' retreat, move in together, and meet their partner's friends and families. LOVE IS BLIND: GERMANY debuted on Friday, January 3, 2025 on Netflix, which released the first four episodes. Four more installments drop on Friday, January 10, followed the the season finale on Friday, January 17 and the reunion on Sunday, January 19.
