Plot Synopsis

In this British version of LOVE IT OR LIST IT, long-time lifestyle presenters Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer help homeowners renovate their own home while also looking for a new home. At the end of each one-hour episodes, the homeowners must decide whether they want to stay and love their newly remodeled home, or list their old house and move into a new home. LOVE IT OR LIST IT UK premiered in Canada on the W Network on October 6, 2015. Five months later, HGTV broadcast the U.S. premiere of this series on Friday, March 18, 2016 at 11pm ET/PT.
