Plot Synopsis

This one-hour drama follows a group of Olympic hopeful gymnasts as they train and prepare for their day in the spotlight. Leading the pack are Payson, the gym's top girl and most focused; Kaylie, who is graceful with model looks; and Lauren, a spitfire who will stop at nothing to be at the top. All three have been training their entire lives for this moment, and now is the time where all of their hard work will be tested as they are called to the Olympic stage. In Season 1, newcomer Emily Kmetko joins the girls after receiving a scholarship to train at one of the nation's top gyms, giving her a chance to make her Olympic dreams come true. But when she shows up at The Rock gymnastics training center in Colorado, she inadvertently shakes up the gym's status quo. Emily's natural abilities and lower economic status don't win her friends immediately. At the start of Season 3, Payson, Kaylie and Lauren are one step closer to making their dream of Olympic Gold a reality, but first they must endure eight weeks at the USA Training Center to make the final cut. With a new coach, new rivals, and new distractions, the girls must really up their game.
