Plot Synopsis

Hosted by Jackie Zeman and Jaime Laurita, MAKE THIS PLACE YOUR HOME is a weekly half-hour series that introduces viewers to innovative and creative solutions for experienced homebuilders, long-time homeowners, and first-time buyers. Topics range from creating an automated smart home, a home gym, home office, indoor, or outdoor entertainment area, or creating the ultimate kitchen for at-home chefs and foodies, and everything in between. In the premiere episode, homeowners make their house a smart home by updating the existing lighting controls throughout the house, including scheduling, remote lighting control access from anywhere, voice control and more. The family then self-installs an in-wall Wi-Fi Dimmer for their dining room chandelier, as well as a Wi-Fi Switch to control table lamps near their entryway. They also add Wi-Fi Plug-In Dimmers for standard hanging lamps in their living room. Plus, Jackie and Jaime present beautiful bathroom makeovers, safe and clean water solutions, space-conscious workout equipment, and more.
