Plot Synopsis
Adam Richman travels across the country searching for America's best unique dishes. In each episode he visits one city looking for local eateries that serve iconic dishes and help define the local culinary scene. After many tastes, Adam digs in to that city's toughest food challenge: the Sasquatch Burger in Memphis; the Atomic Hot Wings platter in Pittsburgh (shown); or a 13-pound pizza in Atlanta.
