Plot Synopsis

MARCHING ORDERS is a short-form docuseries that follows Bethune-Cookman University's Marching Wildcats, one of the best college marching bands in America, as its members fight to keep their spots, memorize routines, tend to their social lives, and slay the competition. The series opens with auditions for a new season, with fresh hopefuls and returning vets all vying for spots on the Sophisticat flag corp and 14K dance team. Then, 14K and the Sophisticats pick new members -- and make some shocking cuts. Band camp heats up just weeks before the Wildcats' first performance. Section leaders run field tests to determine which Wildcats will march. A lack of larger uniforms forces Mr. Wells to make a difficult decision. On Friday, August 3, 2018 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, Netflix released all 12 episodes of this series.
