Plot Synopsis

MAXIMUM DRAMA is a compilation of stand-alone investigative documentaries that each take an in-depth look at a single incident or case, using archive footage and exclusive interviews. The one-hour films, which are each produced by a different production company, include: "Shoot to Kill: The Ohio Animal Massacre," which chronicles the incident when Terry Thompson let 50 exotic animals loose in Zanesville, OH, resulting in 48 animals, including rare Bengal tigers and lions, to be killed by law enforcement; "Profiling Evil: The I-5 Strangler," which examines the case of serial killer Roger Kibbe, who began a killing spree in 1985; and many more topics, such as sex slaves in Chicago and serial killer Ted Bundy.
