Plot Synopsis

MILLION DOLLAR LISTING MIAMI is a one-hour reality series that follows three luxury agents in Miami whose lives intertwine, as they seek to make a fortune selling the hottest and most expensvie real estate in the city. In the South Florida market, the mansions are bigger, the high-rises are taller, the amenities are more lux and the locals have access to amazing views, beaches and a lifestyle unlike anywhere else in the world. The three realtors are: Chad Carroll, Executive Vice President at Douglas Elliman, who has closed over $200 million in sales since 2011 and was named the company's top broker for the past two years; Samantha 'Sam' DeBianchi, founder of DeBianchi Real Estate, who has quickly moved to the top of the real estate game with $25 million in sales in just three years; and Chris Leavitt, one of the top brokers at Douglas Elliman, who sold in excess of $120 million dollars in real estate in 2013 and represented the sale of a triplex penthouse in Miami Beach, which scored the highest-priced dollar per square foot for an individual condominium in Florida's history.

Bravo aired the Season 1 finale of MILLION DOLLAR LISTING MIAMI on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at 9pm ET/PT. In the season ender, "Past, Present, Future," Chad still has $9 million dollars worth of property to purchase for his biggest client, and Sam goes after her first big listing in South Beach. Meanwhile, Chris finds himself with a chance to wrap up some unfinished business at his former mega listing in Boca Raton.
