Plot Synopsis

MODERN DADS is a reality series that follows four stay-at-home dads in Austin, Texas, as they juggle being both a modern man and a modern dad while their significant others are off at work. Whether they're planning a birthday party, baby proofing the house, or dealing with a moral dilemma after being hit on by a married woman, these four men are just trying to keep their kids -- and their manhood -- alive. The four mean featured in this series are: Nathan Hall, a professional music and portrait photographer, who has been married to his wife, Truly, for 12 years and is the father to their one-year-old son, Cormac; Sean Kent, a painter and cancer survivor, who has lived with his girlfriend, Rachel, and her two children, eight-year-old Arwen and five-year-old Joopsy, for the past five years; Rick Lucas, known as The MacGyver of Dads after appearing on a morning talk show, who is married to Meghan and has four kids -- 10-year-old JT, seven-year-old Zach, and one-year-old twins Katherine and Elizabeth; and Stone Slade, a single father, whose two older children, 20-year-old Hunter and 16-year-old Lexi, have settled into their own while he takes care of his five-year-old daughter, Danica.
