Plot Synopsis

Host Kurt Warner, who famously went from bagging groceries to being named Super Bowl MVP in just 18 months, gives ordinary people a second chance to pursue the job they always wanted, allowing them to realize their dreams and possibly rewrite their life stories. Whether they want to be a full-time inventor, a race-car driver, a professional photographer, America's Cup sailor, or a costume designer, these nominees finally get their moment -- an interview for their dream job. Each 60-minute episode follows one person, starting with Kurt surprising them with a once-in-a-lifetime offer. Then, the nominee travels far from home and family to work with expert mentors, who help them prepare for their interview. In the end, they will find out whether they still have what it takes to pursue this career or if they've been living their dream life all along. USA Network aired a sneak-peek episode of THE MOMENT on Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at 11pm ET, more than seven weeks before the official series premiere on Thursday, April 11, 2013 at 10pm ET.
