Plot Synopsis

Monica is a Grammy-Award winning singer with multiple platinum records whose 5th studio album, "The Makings of Me," was a commercial disappointment -- it barely sold 300,000 copies in the United States. Since then, she gave birth to her second child, Romello, and now she's ready to release her 6th album, "Still Standing." This series follows the singer on her comeback as balances her work with raising her young family.
