Plot Synopsis

Using first-person interviews and dramatic re-creations, MONSTERS IN MY HEAD retells true-life stories of real people who are tormented by nightmarish hallucinations of evil spirits that cause them to suffer from near-death experiences, emotional anguish and sleep paralysis. Each 60-minute episode features three terrifying tales, including those of: Kimberley, who is terrorized by a shadow demon; Alexi, who calls a demonologist to exorcise a malign spirit; Darryl, who takes a terrifying journey to the depths of hell; Korey, who wakes up every night with a demon sitting on her; Carey, who is being terrorized by the ghost of a Native American warrior; Craig, who is convinced his body has been invaded by an alien; and many more.
