Plot Synopsis

MY HOUSE IS YOUR HOUSE is a half-hour reality series that follows a Nashville-based mother-daughter duo, Victoria and Teryn, and a San Diego-based husband-wife team, Ryan and Claire, who help clients transform unused areas of their homes or lackluster rental spaces into stunning vacation properties. Smart renovations and creative, multifunctional designs help increase nightly rates and inspire stellar online reviews -- all while increasing home value. In "SOS: Save Our Suite" -- which debuted on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at 2pm ET/PT on HGTV with the series title HOME SUITE HOME -- a couple is not very successful with achieving high (or great) rates when opting to use their home as a short-term rental due to its poor layout and only one bathroom. Teryn and Victoria step in and give the bungalow a stylish renovation and offer the couple space-saving layout tips to help boost the nightly rate.

On Saturday, June 1, 2019 at 11pm ET/PT, HGTV aired the official series premiere of MY HOUSE IS YOUR HOUSE. In this new episode, "Suite Backyard," a couple knows they could get more per night renting the dated apartment above their backyard garage. Ryan and Claire help them utilize the outdoor space to attract potential renters.
