Plot Synopsis

MY 600-LB. LIFE: WHERE ARE THEY NOW? revisits people featured on MY 600-LB. LIFE during their second year of weight loss, revealing their struggles and successes with diet, nutrition, exercise, relationships, and more. TLC first aired MY 600-LB. LIFE: WHERE ARE THEY NOW? as a one-hour special on Monday, March 26, 2012 at 10pm ET/PT, featuring all four people -- Melissa, Donald, Henry and Ashley -- from the first season. On Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at 9pm ET/PT, TLC aired the series premiere, with each one-hour episode chronicling the lives of two people from the second season of MY 600-LB. LIFE. In the series opener, Zsalynn is torn between fighting her weight and fighting for her marriage; meanwhile, Christina lets go of the negative influences in her life and is finally able to live the life of a twenty-something.

Season 2 premiered on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at 9pm ET/PT on TLC. In the season opener, Melissa finds herself overwhelmed with four children, a marriage on the rocks, and an unexpected pregnancy. When Ashley's weight loss journey hits a wall, she sets out to find new inspiration to get herself back on track towards a healthy lifestyle.
