Plot Synopsis

MY SO CALLED SIMPLE LIFE is a one-hour reality series that follows three couples -- Lauren & Zack (in Ohio), Victoria & Robert (in Los Angeles), and Chelsea & Cody (in Missouri) -- as they leave careers and material objects behind in pursuit of a simpler life. Living off-the-grid is a drastic change and their new lifestyle will test their relationships, unlike anything else before. Will these couples succeed or will their so-called simple way of life prove more difficult than they ever imagined? After several months of living off-the-grid, each couple will decide whether or not they want to continue with this new lifestyle or pack it in and go back to their old ways. On Sunday, July 8, 2018 from 9am-2pm ET/PT, FYI TV premiered the first five episodes of MY SO CALLED SIMPLE LIFE.
