Blythe Beck is only 29 years old, but she's on a quest for Total World Culinary Domination. (She even trademarked the phrase so it must be true!) As part of her plan, she recently started as executive chef at Central 214 in Dallas, Texas and is completely rewriting the menu with her distinctive "Sexy New American Cuisine." Watch her and her staff as they remake this restaurant into one of Dallas' premiere dining experiences.
