Plot Synopsis

On Tuesday, May 4, 2021 from 10-11pm ET/PT, HGTV premiered the pilot episode, but the cable channel had no other episodes on its schedule at that time. In the pilot, "Colonial Showdown," competition heats up between two neighbors as they battle to upgrade and update their homes listed on the same street. While one focuses on DIY, the other calls in the professionals as they both try to make their colonial homes stand out on the street.
