Plot Synopsis

THE NEW ATLANTA is a reality series that follows a group of A-Town's trailblazing young professionals who are hungry to achieve their dreams and find love. Trying to make their marks in the cutthroat industries of fashion, music, event planning and business, they're taking advantage of The Big Peach's hot social scene with their work-hard, play-hard attitudes giving them an edge over their peers. But their journeys are not without a few bumps, hurdles and heartache along the way. Coming from a variety of backgrounds and bringing their own distinct perspectives, this city's rising stars includes: Alexandra Dilworth, recent college grad and daddy's girl, who is seen and heard in Atlanta's hot Electronic Dance Music scene; Emily Lipman, a successful boutique owner, who has quickly emerged as a new leader in Atlanta's growing fashion industry; Africa Miranda, co-creator of the live concept show "The Lipstick Junkies" and the face of several international hair campaigns, whose voice and lovely locks have put her front and center in Atlanta's entertainment industry; Jevon 'Vawn' Sims, the go-to guy for artist development, who is now writing a book promoting his theories on love and romance; and Tribble Reese, a former arena football quarterback and partner in an event promotion company, who is an up-and-comer in Atlanta's entertainment industry.
