NEW HOUSE NO DEBT is a one-hour docuseries that follows the journeys of homeowners from across the U.S. who are seeking to sell their properties at a high and purchase a new home completely mortgage-free. While each journey is different from the next, one thing is constant: "cash is king," and becoming debt-free will change these homeowners' lives.

In the series opener, "Michigan or Kentucky?," Carla and Troy are looking to move their agro-tourism business. Staying in Kentucky is an option, but Carla's past is calling her home to Southern Michigan. Will Carla's powerful childhood memories cloud her judgment?
