Plot Synopsis

In this latest version of THE NEWLYWED GAME, three newly-married couples compete for a chance to win exciting prizes. As in previous versions, there are multiple question rounds to see how well the newlyweds know each other. Questions like: Where was your first kiss? What's the strangest place you made whoopie? When was the last time you cooked dinner? And, as before, the couple with the most points after the question rounds wins the grand prize. The first season featured a second honeymoon for a grand prize and a bonus round in which the winning couple was able to win even more prizes by outplaying a "Goldywed couple" (a couple that appeared on an original episode from the 1960s through 1990s series who had remained married ever since). GSN presented a new season of this series, starting on October 25, 2012, which featured special themed episodes ranging from the hilarious to the heartfelt.
