Plot Synopsis

NIGHTWATCH PRESENTS: FIRST RESPONDERS is a quarter-hour docuseries that features the New Orleans EMS duo Dan Flynn and Titus Tero, as they travel across America to embed themselves with first responders in various cities and highlight different facets of the response as well as the training and skill required to succeed in each department. In the series opener, "In the Line of Fire," Dan and Titus feel the heat in Slidell, LA, as they're testing to save a victim trapped inside a burning room measure at over 600 degrees. Then, in the premiere night's second episode (10:45pm), "Flash Flood Alley," Dan and Titus travel to Austin, TX, to see what it takes to recover a victim trapped in the middle of a flash flood.
