Plot Synopsis

NO GOOD NICK is a half-hour dramedy series that follows 13-year-old Nick, short for Nicole, an orphaned teen who infiltrates a family with the intention to get revenge on the Thompsons for unknowingly ruining her life. The story opens with Nick telling the Thompsons -- mother Liz, father Ed, son Jeremy and daughter Molly -- that she's family, and they open their doors to her, never guessing she has ulterior motives. Now the con is on, and she tries to execute a bait and switch and Liz's restaurant, attempts to turn the school's costume dance into a scheme targeting the socially clueless, offers her services to act as Jeremy's campaign manager after convincing him to run for student body president, and chases her goal to destroy their lives. But as Nick gets to know the family, she finds compassion for them and struggles with whether or not she can ultimately go through with the plan. Netflix released the first 10 episodes of NO GOOD NICK on Monday, April 15, 2019 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT.
Netflix released a second batch of 10 episodes on Monday, August 6, 2019 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT. In the first new episode, "The Bank Job," Ed brings Nick and Molly to the bank for Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day, while Liz and Jeremy ask questions at the social services office. Then, in "The Big Mitt," Nick partners with a handsome new student to stack the deck at a charity poker tournament, where the Volunteer Squad questions Molly's leadership.
