Plot Synopsis

Based on her own life, Jill Kargman stars in ODD MOM OUT, a half-hour sitcom that captures the fantastically outrageous domain of the uber-wealthy momzillas inhabiting New York's Upper East Side. Playing a version of herself, Jill is living in an ecosystem that has become so elite, so hip, and so trendy, that she now finds herself the odd mom out. She's joined by Andy, her classically blue-blood and moneyed husband; Brooke, her sister-in-law, who is a quintessential momzilla; Lex, her mega-successful brother-in-law; her best friend Vanessa, an ER doctor, who does her best to keep Jill in check; and her mother-in-law, the status-obsessed family matriarch, Candace. On Monday, June 8, 2015 from 10-11pm ET/PT, Bravo premiered back-to-back episodes for the series premiere. In the season opener, "Wheels Up," Jill's husband, Andy, learns that his baby brother Lex has just earned $600 million from a big overseas sale, diminishing Andy's news of making partner at his law firm. Jill starts to feel the pressure to get her twins into the "right" kindergarten. To make matters worse, Jill's sister-in-law, Brooke, pressures her into coming to her spinning class charity event at SoulWheelz benefitting N.A.C.H.O. (New Yorkers Against Childhood Obesity). Then, in the night's second episode, "Vons Have More Fun," Candace, Brooke and Lex announce to Jill and Andy that after doing some research in Austria, they found out their family are descendants of a Prussian duke named Von Weber and have decided the entire family should restore the "Von" to their name. Brooke and Candace attempt to lure Jill to their side with a trip to an exclusive spa day to show her the kind of perks that come with the Von name. With the deadline for kindergarten applications for Jill's twins looming, she races to hand deliver them by any means necessary. Bravo premiered Season 2 of ODD MOM OUT on Monday, June 20, 2016 at 10pm ET/PT. This season, Jill decides it's time to return to her job at the fashion magazine, where she soon butts heads with her former boss -- who also happens to be her former nemesis. As Jill tries to reboot her career, Andy takes time off to care for the kids, quickly learning that being Mr. Mom is harder than he thought. Brooke is healing from Lex's affair by milking him of millions in start-up money for her new passion project, an elegant accessories line. For his part, Lex has returned from Burning Man a reborn "brohemian," claiming to have a greater conscience and a single-minded determination to win Brooke back. All the while, Vanessa continues to provide a comical constant for Jill, keeping her grounded through the unique trials and tribulations of navigating upscale Manhattan. Guest starring this season is Drew Barrymore as Meredith, an irreverent neighbor who survives a historic blizzard with Jill and Andy; Blythe Danner who is cast as Jill's mom, Sarah Kaplan; Molly Ringwald, who will play Joy Greene, best-selling author of a runaway self-help bible which has the entire Upper East Side under its spell; Meredith Vieira as Dr. Baldwin, a child psychologist; Amy Sedaris, who will portray Elna, a one-of-a-kind DMV agent; and John Hodgman as Brad, the husband of Meredith. Additionally, this season features an episode guest starring several cast members from the Broadway phenomenon "Hamilton," including Jasmine Cephas Jones, Javier Munoz, Sydney James Harcourt, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Daniel J. Watts, and Austin Smith. ODD MOM OUT returned for Season 3 on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at 10pm ET/PT on Bravo. Earlier in the day, Bravo aired a 10-hour marathon (6am-4pm) of encore episodes. This season, as victims of Ernie Krevitt's Ponzi scheme grapple with their new financial reality, Jill juggles the demands of her relentless mother-in-law and hormonal tweenage daughter while struggling with her own desires to feel young and relevant. Joining the cast this season is Christine Taylor playing Brooke's older sister, Barrett, a perfectionist homemaker who could make Martha Stewart look like a slob; Meredith Hagner as Brooke's younger sister, who has mastered the art of cloying condescension; Alysia Reiner as a by-the-book prosecutor trying the murder case of the century; Emma Myles as a crystal-wearing Wiccan whose testimony shocks the nation in said murder trial; and Dan Butler playing Joe, a man who drops some serious knowledge on a lost Lex. Additionally, this season features notable guest stars Dave Navarro playing himself -- paying off an epic night for Jill and Vanessa -- and Wendy Williams playing herself landing an exclusive interview with someone from the von Webers' past bent on taking down the family by spilling more tea than the Boston Tea Party. This season, while the UES one-percenters find themselves in financial "distress," Candace seeks refuge by moving in with Jill and Andy, turning their lives upside down. Jill struggles to deal with how fast her daughter is growing up and launching her photography career, but she reaches a breaking point, making a surprising decision that has repercussions for Candace. Andy gets involved in school committees for the kids and takes on more than he can chew. Just when Candace is starting to get comfortable in Jill's home, she is sequestered for a murder case, and in true Candace fashion, she turns jury duty into her playpen. Brooke becomes the breadwinner of her family, but as she attempts to expand her empire, a former employee goes rogue, threatening everything she has accomplished. Meanwhile, the ripple effects of the Ponzi scheme cause Lex to consider a new career that is out of this world. And Vanessa tries to be a constant support for Jill while challenged with getting out of her comfort zone to try to keep the flames alive with her ex-husband Graham. In the season opener, "Frisky Business," Jill and Andy are shocked by how much Hazel has matured when they visit her at sleepaway camp, while victims of Ernie Krevitt's Ponzi scheme struggle with their new financial reality.

On Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at 9:30pm ET/PT, Bravo premiered the Season 3 finale of ODD MOM OUT. In the season ender, "Blood Bath," the Weber and von Weber families are thrown into a tizzy when Hazel gets her period . . . but that's nothing compared with what happens when someone from their past appears on THE WENDY WILLIAMS SHOW and spills more tea than the Boston Tea Party.
