Plot Synopsis

ORANGE COUNTY CHOPPERS is a reality series that follows Paul Teutul Sr. and the team at his custom motorcycle manufacturer, Orange County Choppers, as they build mind-blowing bikes for demanding clients. In addition to following the build process, each hour-long episode of ORANGE COUNTY CHOPPERS reveals a completely different side of the OCC crew, including the guys wreaking havoc on the grounds, pulling insane pranks, and getting into explosive blowouts. Paul Sr.'s crew includes: Chief Operating Officer Steve Moreua, who competes in triathlons and plays guitar in the OCC band; Fabricator/Mechanic Christian Welter, who started working on motorcycles at the age of seven; Fabricator/Creative Director Evan Favaro, who has been welding since age 14 and opened his own custom bike/hot rod shop when he was just 21; Lead Industrial Designer Jason "Pohlie" Pohl, who studied at Art Institute, where he earned a BFA in media arts and animation; Lead Engineer Jim Quinn, who has a degree in mechanical engineering from Florida Tech and has worked over 20 years with CNC machining; Lead Fabricator Rick Petko, who started riding mini-bikes, go-karts, three-wheelers, four-wheelers and dirt bikes and graduated to Harleys when he got older; Operations Manager Ron Salsbury, who worked at AT&T in New York City before returning to work for Paul and help manage OCC; Technician/Assembly Nick Hansford, who enjoys repairing in line four and v-twin motors; Mechanic/Bodywork Phil Nask, who went to school to study auto body repair before landing his dream job at OCC; Machinist John "Squeaker" Koerner, who got into machining in 2006 when he started at OCC at age 16; Parts Manager Jon Randazzo, who keeps up with the multiple simultaneous bike builds and has a knack for turning chaos into order. On the first night of its inaugural BIKE WEEK, CMT aired a two-hour sneak-peek of this series on Sunday, August 18, 2013 at 8pm ET/PT, with the official series premiere of ORANGE COUNTY CHOPPERS on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at 9pm ET/PT on CMT. In the series opener, Goody's Popcorn commissioned a bike from OCC, but Evan, the new creative director, causes problems with the build and puts the project in jeopardy.
