Plot Synopsis

A stranger picks up a ringing cell phone and is told, 'Press one if you'd like the chance to win $50,000.' After pressing one, a car blows up in the parking lot. Soon, three other strangers answer the same call and "the game starts... now." First, they're paired off into two two-person teams to compete head-to-head in physical and mental missions that test their morale, courage, loyalty, and character. Everything they do is dictated by "The Operator" -- that Irish voice on the end of the cell phone. Will the contestants be willing to run into a burning building to save a man from being executed? Can they stop a terrorist before he strikes again? Will they go into a ship's hold even though it's quickly flooding? Whoever can survive the twists and turns under these most extreme circumstances will win the 50 grand.
