Plot Synopsis

One hundred contestants in top physical shape compete in a series of grueling challenges to claim the honor -- and cash reward -- as the last one standing. The series opens with the contestants arriving one by one into a room filled with plastic torsos of their competitors. After the first challenge, which tests their basic physical abilities, the contestants pair off and go head-to-head in the next round -- with each bout's loser going home. PHYSICAL: 100 premiered on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 on Netflix, as the streaming service released the first two episodes.
