Plot Synopsis

THE PITCH goes behind the scenes at top advertising agencies as two firms compete against each other to win a new account, showing how these ad men and women go to incredible lengths to meet tight deadlines and satisfy a potential client's brand image, advertising strategy, and creative sensibilities. Featured brands in Season 1 included: SUBWAY restaurants; Waste Management; C. Wonder; One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning; Benjamin Franklin Plumbing; Mister Sparky; Frangelico/Campari America; JDRF; Autograph Collection; and popchips. Competing agencies are: The Ad Store; Bandujo; BooneOakley; Bozell; Conversation; DIGO; FKM; Jones Advertising; Kovel/Fuller; McKinney; Muse Communications; SK+G; The Hive; WDCW; and WOMENK!ND. AMC aired a sneak peek episode of THE PITCH on Sunday, April 8, 2012 at 11pm ET/PT, and showed the official series premiere on Monday, April 30, 2012 at 9pm ET/PT.

THE PITCH returned for its second season on Thursday, August 15, 2013 at 11pm ET/PT on AMC, as agencies competed for the business of College Hunks Hauling Junk by creating a campaign to make the rapidly-expanding company a household name. Season 2 also included these companies: Little Caesars Pizza; Gibson Brands; 1-800-FLOWERS.com; The Fuller Brush Company; Bliss, a spa-inspired skin-care company; SquareTrade, a protection-plan company; and more.
