The eight-episode second season of PLAYING FOR KEEPS made its U.S. debut on Thursday, February 18, 2021, as SundanceNow released the season opener. A new episode debuts each Thursday thereafter. A lot has changed for the ladies of Melbourne's Southern Jets since last season's tragedy. But when the girlfriend of the team's brand-new superstar recruit lands at the club and immediately starts causing waves, Jessie, Tahlia, Kath, Maddy, and Paige must unite to protect the team, their partners and each other. Rebuilding after the devastating events of Season 1, it's time for a new direction for the five fabulous women and the men in their lives...who find themselves playing very different roles this time around. In the season opener, Paige returns home from London to find that a lot has changed for the women and men of the Southern Jets.
