Plot Synopsis

Hosted by Megan Rapinoe, each 9-minute episode of PRODIGY profiles a young athlete projected to be the next big thing in their respective sport, giving an inside look as they train towards their next historic sports moment. Featured athletes include: Jalen Green, the high school basketball player who trained his way from a nobody to a soon-to-be #1 NBA pick; Chantel Navarro, who has five national boxing titles to her name and comes from a legacy of boxers; 17-year-old snowboarder Red Gerard, who became the youngest Winter Olympian to win gold since 1928; and more. On Monday, April 6, 2020 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, Quibi released the first three episodes of PRODIGY on the day the streaming service launched.
