Hosted by property expert Wendy Wolfe, this reboot of the classic PROPERTY VIRGINS series follows first-time home buyers who are making the biggest financial decision of their lives. Each half-hour episode follows the experiences of one first-time home buyer, or "property virgin," as they set out to find their dream homes -- while having no clue what they're getting themselves into. PROPERTY VIRGINS debuted with back-to-back episodes on Saturday, March 30, 2024 from Noon-1pm on A&E:

"Learn the Ropes" (Noon): Azra and Bill have outgrown their tiny rental. And with their relationship getting more serious by the day, the couple is now searching for a home of their own where they can put down roots and start a family. Property expert Wendy Wolfe promises to find them a spacious home in an up-and-coming neighborhood close to the city. But finding something that checks all their boxes means managing competing needs and wants -- and eventually nudging them towards a compromise.

"One for the Money" (12:30pm): Running a successful hair accessories business from home means Madison and Liam have outgrown their inner city digs. And the search is on for a dog-friendly suburban home that's still within commuting range of Liam's office. From turnkey to fixer-upper, property expert Wendy Wolfe steps in with a range of tantalizing options.
