Plot Synopsis

Hosted and executive produced by Michael Strahan, THE $100,000 PYRAMID is an updated version of the classic word-association game show. In this series, celebrities team up with players from across the country to take on the timeless war of words, racing against the clock to give and guess clues as they vie for the $100,000 prize. Each one-hour episode features two games with a different pair of celebrities in each game. The series premiere features Sherri Shepherd & Anthony Anderson in Game One, while Game Two was highlighted by Rosie O'Donnell and Kathy Najimy. Subsequent episodes featured these celebrities: Ana Gasteyer & Rachel Dratch; Robin Roberts & Mario Cantone; Martha Stewart & Snoop Dogg; Ken Jeong & Tisha Campbell-Martin; Bellamy Young & Weird Al Yankovic; Tony Hale & Justin Long; Randall Park & Anna Camp; Terry Crews & Natasha Lyonne; Alfonso Ribeiro & Mario Batali; Barbara Corcoran & Daymond John; Steve Schirripa & Melissa Peterman; Teri Polo & Zachary Levi; Yvette Nicole Brown & Fred Willard; Joy Behar & John Michael Higgins; Kevin Pollak & Niecy Nash; Bridget Moynahan & Rex Lee; and Jon Lovitz & Deion Sanders. On Sunday, June 11, 2017 at 10pm ET/PT, ABC premiered the second season of THE $100,000 PYRAMID. In the season opener, actress and comedian Leslie Jones (SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE) competes against rapper/actor LL Cool J (LIP SYNC BATTLE). Game two features Tom Bergeron of ABC's DANCING WITH THE STARS and award-winning singer Jennifer Nettles, who face-off with hopes of making it to the winners circle and the ultimate prize of $100,000. Season 3 of THE $100,000 PYRAMID premiered on Sunday, June 10, 2018 at 9pm ET/PT on ABC, with Michael Strahan returning as host. In the season opener, actress and comedian Leslie Jones competes against actress Julie Bowen, and game two features actress Debra Messing and actor/comedian Mario Cantone who face off with hopes of making it to the winner's circle and the ultimate prize of $100,000. On Sunday, September 23, 2018 from 9-11pm ET/PT, ABC premiered the Season 3 finale of THE $100,000 PYRAMID, debuting back-to-back new episodes:

Jenna Fischer vs. Oliver Hudson and Johnny Weir vs. Gabby Douglas (9pm): The first hour features the stars of ABC's SPLITTING UP TOGETHER, Jenna Fischer and Oliver Hudson. The second game of the hour has U.S. Olympians Johnny Weir and Gabby Douglas hoping to make it to the winner's circle and the ultimate prize of $100,000.

Ross Mathews vs. Vivica A. Fox and Kelly Osbourne vs. Matt McGorry (10pm): In the season finale, television personality Ross Mathews competes against actress and author Vivica A. Fox followed by author and television host Kelly Osbourne and actor Matt McGorry.

One-and-a-half months earlier -- on Tuesday, August 7 -- ABC renewed THE $100,000 PYRAMID for a fourth season, set to debut Summer 2019.
