Plot Synopsis

This reboot of the iconic series QUEER EYE FOR THE STRAIGHT GUY is still a one-hour reality series but now follows an all-new Fab Five -- decorator Bobby Berk, culture expert Karamo Brown, fashion pro Tan France, chef Antoni Porowski and hairdresser Jonathan Van Ness -- as they spend five days to transform men in the South, advising them on fashion, grooming, food, culture and design. In each episode, the Fab Five help one man transform his life, including: a lonely dump-truck driver with a big ol' heart; a self-deprecating app builder, who's drowning in dog hair and prefers to keep his friends at a distance; a NASCAR enthusiast and former Marine known for his wild parties and crazy costumes; a self-proclaimed "Straightest Gay Guy in Atlanta," who is ready to come out to his stepmother and make peace with his past; a devoutly Christian father of six; a young entrepreneur digs his way out of a time warp after inheriting his grandmother's home; a subdued stand-up comic who lacks self-confidence after a major weight loss; and a selfless firefighter jumps at the chance to revamp his image and give his fire station a sleek, new look just in time for a community fundraiser. On Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, Netflix released the entire eight-episode first season of QUEER EYE.
Netflix released the eight-episode second season of QUEER EYE on Friday, June 15, 2018 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT. The Fab Five are back for another season with more hip tips, emotionally charged makeovers and heartfelt reveals that bring out all the feels. In the season opener, "God Bless Gay," a devoutly religious woman with a gay son and a giving heart gets a new look -- and a makeover for her church's new community center.
