Plot Synopsis

In each half-hour episode of RACHAEL RAY'S HOLIDAYS, Rachael Ray brings viewers into her kitchen, where she shares some of her favorite holiday dishes. From chestnut and sausage stuffing and roasted garlic and rosemary prime rib to beef and chorizo chili with queso and holiday lasagna, Rachael has every type of holiday recipe covered for any type of gathering and celebration. RACHAEL RAY'S HOLIDAYS debuted with back-to-back episodes on Sunday, December 8, 2024 from 10-11am ET/PT on A&E:

"Smoked Turkey Dinner" (10am): Gather around the table and prepare to give thanks! Rachael shows how to make a tender and crispy smoked turkey seasoned with herbs and spices. The turkey is served with a delicious chestnut and sausage stuffing, and paired with one of John's delicious cocktails.

"Roasted Garlic and Rosemary Prime Rib" (10:30am): Rachael shows how to make an impressive holiday meal that will make your guests feel like VIPs with her recipe for roasted garlic and rosemary prime rib that she serves alongside her mother Elsa's special horseradish sauce and beloved baked potatoes.
