In each half-hour episode of RACHAEL RAY'S MEALS IN MINUTES, Rachael Ray gives her fresh take on quick, easy, yummy meals from her personal home kitchen in upstate New York, where she cooks a complete meal in minutes -- from comfort food to sophisticated fare for entertaining. RACHAEL RAY'S MEALS IN MINUTES debuted on Monday, April 15, 2024 with back-to-back episodes from 9-10pm ET on FYI:

"Reintroduction to Top Tonkatsu" (9pm): You may not know that you've been eating Tonkatsu for years. Let Rachael re-introduces you to her version of the dish -- also known as fried pork chops -- served with an umami rich sauce.

"Thai Chicken with Sweet and Hot Peppers" (9:30pm): It's make your own take-out time! On the menu tonight is Thai Chicken. Made with both sweet and hot peppers, topped with basil and mint, it will become a new "takeout" favorite.
