Plot Synopsis

Rachael Ray demonstrates how to make three meals from ingredients that fit into one supermarket grocery bag, supplemented with a few staples from the pantry. In each 30-minute episode, Rachael creates three meals, including: gluten-free meals, like Sweet 'n' Spicy Shrimp Lettuce Tacos, Zucchini Pappardelle With Pesto and Eggplant Alla Norma, and Poblano Posole; simple nutritious meals, like Chickpea and Potato Soup, Indian-inspired Crispy Curry "Cutlet" Sandwiches, and Spinach Tagliatelle With Buttery Tomato Sauce; double duty ingredients, as she makes Lemon Chicken and Leek Rice Pilaf, Linguini With Kale Pesto, and Chicken Suiza Chilaquiles; marinades and rubs, letting her whip up Lemon Pepper Cured Chicken With Fennel Salad, Eggplant Schnitzel and Roasted Peppers, and Espresso Steak With Baked Zucchini; suppers starts, like Paprika Flank Steak With Watercress and Blue Cheese, Chicken in a Sack, and Tex-Mex Tomato Soup and Grilled Cheese; and international fare, like Chorizo Stew With Kale, Teriyaki Chicken With Soba, and Moroccan Red Harissa Chicken.
