Plot Synopsis

Criss-crossing America on the NHRA Drag Racing Series in a custom kitchen on wheels, Nicky Morse chases down exotic ingredients and cooks up world-class cuisine for three-time world champion Jeg Coughlin Jr., his extended racing family, and members of the Team JEGS racing crew. Whether he's finding fresh alligator meat in Louisiana, tossing fresh salmon at Seattle's Pike Place Market, or trekking through Chinatown in New York City, Morse is tireless in his quest to integrate local ingredients, develop new recipes for his ever-growing cookbook, and feed the hungry crewmen he now considers his adopted brothers. Each episode is part cooking show, part travelogue, part reality show, and part backstage racing pass.
