The series delves beyond the glitz and glamour to provide a unique perspective in the words of both the parents and celebrated children themselves. From heartwarming anecdotes to candid conversations, RAISING FAME gives viewers a deeper understanding of the dedication, sacrifice, and love that contributed to the success of these remarkable individuals in their rise to fame. The series premiere, follows Oscar-nominated actress Danielle Brooks and her parents from her hometown of Simpsonville, SC, to the bright lights of Hollywood with an exclusive sit-down moments before she heads to the Academy Awards.
