Plot Synopsis

THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF MIAMI follows a small group of the most socially-connected and influential women in Miami as they live their lives to the fullest in this sunny city where the party never stops. The housewives in Season 1 were: Lea Black is a Texas native leaving an indelible mark on Miami as she balances her homelife with her husband -- and top criminal defense attorney -- Roy and their 9-year-old son with her work as a community leader, raising money for politicians and her own charity, The Consequences Charity; Alexia Echevarria ("The Cuban Barbie") is the executive editor of "Venue Magazine," where she spotlights Latin culture's best fashion and up-and-coming celebrities, and she loves spending time at her Miami Beach home with her husband Herman and her two sons from a previous marriage; Marysol Patton is a Miami native who runs The Patton Group, one of the premiere PR firms in town, and in her spare time she hangs out with her mother Elsa, who is a seer sought by A-listers looking for spiritual guidance; Larsa Pippen, wife of NBA star Scottie Pippen and the unofficial "Hottest NBA Wife," is turning her three little boys into star athletes and shopping for her one-year-old princess; Cristy Rice is a Miami native who recently divorced from NBA star Glen Rice, and now her life is jam-packed with being a single mom to her three children, running her own clothing store, dancing at night, and dealing with relationship drama; Adriana DeMoura Sidi is a Brazilian bombshell who balances life as a full-time mom, wife to her new fiancee Frederic, and a highly respected art curator who is always on the go.

For Season 2, Pippen and Rice did not return and Echevarria only appeared occasionally, but the following four women were added to the group: Lisa Hochstein, who is married to legendary Miami plastic surgeon Dr. Lenny Hochstein (aka Boob God); supermodel and TV host Joanna Krupa, who splits her time between Miami and Los Angeles after moving to the Capital of Latin America at age 19; successful lawyer and chef Ana Quincoces, who was Miami's "Hottest Chef" by "Eater Magazine" in 2011; and celebrity dentist Karent Sierra, who opened up her own private practice in Coral Gables and now refers to herself as a Miami native.

When Season 3 premiered on Monday, August 12, 2013 at 9pm ET/PT on Bravo, all of the women from the second season returned, except for Karent Sierra. In Season 3, both Joanna and Adriana plan their dream weddings, but not everything is smooth sailing as Joanna and Romain disagree about a pre-nup and Adriana deals with the aftermath of her friends finding out the truth about her relationship with her fiance. Lea finds new bonds forming and old friendships are put to the test as she tries to prove she is more than just a housewife. Alexia's focus remains on her two sons, including Frankie, who continues to make strides in his recovery from an automobile accident. Lisa struggles with fertility issues, but she is determined to grow her family and do whatever it takes to have a baby.

Moving to Peacock for its new season, Season 4 of THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF MIAMI premiered on Thursday, December 16, 2021, as the streaming service released the first two episodes. A new episode drops each Thursday thereafter. The new season includes returning Housewives Alexia Echevarria, Lisa Hochstein and Larsa Pippen alongside newcomers Guerdy Abraira, Julia Lemigova and Dr. Nicole Martin. Adriana de Moura and Marysol Patton alongside newcomer Kiki Barth are also featured. After a year of unprecedented times in a pandemic, the Miami social scene is burning up. As Alexia embraces new beginnings with her fiancee Todd and her budding beauty salon business venture, she must come to terms with the secrets and lies of her past marriage. In the midst of wedding planning, Alexia finds herself caught in the middle between Todd and her eldest son Peter who are at odds after an unexpected disagreement. After building her $40 million mega-mansion on Star Island and finally having the two children she always dreamed of, Lisa, a philanthropist, socialite, health and beauty expert and model, wrestles with whether having it all means true happiness. Additionally, Lisa must reconcile a startling revelation in her marriage to Lenny that may leave their relationship fractured beyond repair. Restarting her life after separating from NBA superstar husband Scottie Pippen, Larsa is charting her own course and redefining her life as an independent woman. Now single, she navigates the dating world and embraces her newest business venture, which quickly becomes a hot topic within the group. Born in Haiti, raised as a child in Paris and now resident of Miami, Guerdy Abraira, is an interior designer and luxury event planner, who mingles with Miami's elite. For 26 years, she has been married to her high school sweetheart and firefighter husband, together raising two boys. As Guerdy plans Alexia's upcoming nuptials, this self-proclaimed workaholic quickly learns that she has her work cut out for her and may have signed up for more than she expected. New housewife Dr. Nicole Martin is a successful, self-made board-certified anesthesiologist, award-winning teacher and lecturer in Miami. She raises her two-year-old son Greyson with her partner Anthony. After an extremely distressing and challenging upbringing, Dr. Nicole reevaluates her relationship with her estranged dad, for the sake of her son. Joining the ladies is Julia Lemigova, a former Russian beauty queen and the first LGBTQIA+ Housewife who is married to pro tennis player Martina Navratilova. Opposite of her city-slick Housewife friends, Julia runs a small farm outside of Miami and can often be found on the farm feeding the chickens or milking goats, amongst the menagerie of animals found on her property. Adriana is a triple threat as a successful art dealer, musical artist and multilinguist. She is living her best life after divorce and leaving her options open for love. While juggling the Miami dating scene, with her career and family in focus her return to this friend group opens new feuds and friendships. After owning a successful publicity firm, Marysol is starting a new chapter and recently married the love of her life. She is the comic relief amongst these ladies, however sometimes her opinionated views quickly land her in the hot seat. Kiki Barth is a mom, fashion model and friend of Guerdy. The mother of two is a Haitian native, born in the small town of Saint Marc and was brought to the United States by her father at the age of 13 to begin a new life. Because of her humble beginnings, Kiki is beyond grateful for the life she now enjoys with her mother, father and children. She maintains a stellar sense of humor with wit that often catches people off guard and has no issue speaking her mind with this new group of friends.
