Plot Synopsis

From the projects to the largest venues in Paris, REIGN SUPREME is six-episode drama series that follows Didier and Bruno -- two teenage friends for life -- as they forge the birth and rise of French hip-hop. The series opens in Saint-Denis in 1983, where Didier's father wheels and deals and Bruno's urges him to pursue soccer at the club level -- but the two boys bond over breakdancing. Didier and Bruno hone their b-boy skills at a dance studio. Dee Nasty finds recording inspiration on a farm in Bordeaux. All six 50-minute episodes of REIGN SUPREME dropped on Friday, November 18, 2022 on Netflix.
