Plot Synopsis

Real estate agent Drew Levin and licensed contractor Danny Perkins purchase run-down houses in good locations, renovate them from top to bottom, and find renters for these transformed homes. In each 30-minute episode, Danny and Drew check out three properties before deciding to purchase one. Then, with a renovation budget and a tight schedule, Danny improves their new purchase, while Drew feels the pressure to get the place rented out to new tenants. In this series, Danny and Drew transform these properties: a run-down duplex, for which the duo spends $35,000 to make over two kitchens and two bathrooms in only four weeks; a triplex, for which these two businessmen spend $65,000 to renovate all three units; a small house with a big lot, for which these young landords spend $50,000 to build a new addition (two beds; one bath) and another $30,000 to upgrade the existing house; a duplex with a challenging layout, for which they spend $80,000 to create an expanded kitchen, new bedrooms and a high end bathroom; a foreclosed home, for which the duo spends $50,000 to build a brand new bathroom and master bedroom and reconfigure the kitchen layout; and many more homes that they renovate and rent.
