Plot Synopsis

Home restorationist Gable Painter and his team work on historic homes. Sometimes they restore properties to their former glory, like they do for a 1910 Folk Victorian house. Other times they update properties while maintaining their old American charm -- when they restructure an 1895 Victorian Mansion (Grace Street Mansion) into a 9-unit property.
