Plot Synopsis

RYAN'S MYSTERY PLAYDATE, a live-action series for preschoolers, follows YouTube superstar Ryan as he tackles a series of imaginative, physical challenges and solves mystery box puzzles to reveal the identity of his playdate. In this series, Ryan, his parents and animated friends Gus the Gummy Gator and Combo Panda, work together to complete unique challenges and unlock mystery boxes that contain hints to help him discover who his mystery playdate is. The series encourages physical play, models positive family relationships and features a creative problem-solving curriculum. In the half-hour series premiere, "Ryan's Kickin' Playdate; Ryan's Viral Playdate," Ryan is put to the test with challenges ranging from stacking pancakes to catching slimy frogs before meeting his highly skilled playdate. Then, Ryan must deflate a room full of whoopee cushions to reveal the identity of his internet superstar playdate.

The sophomore season of RYAN'S MYSTERY PLAYDATE premiered on Monday, September 30, 2019 at 11am ET/PT on Nickelodeon. In the season opener, "Ryan's Family Playdate; Ryan's Brave Playdate," Ryan rolls and waddles his way through challenges before putting his crowded play date up to the ultimate challenge; with haste, Ryan bravely completes his challenges before assigning his play date with the smoothest of missions.

Season 4 of RYAN'S MYSTERY PLAYDATE debuted on Monday, May 3, 2021 at 10am ET/PT on Nickelodeon. In the season opener, "Ryan's Wild Safari Playdate; Ryan's Goal Scoring Playdate," Ryan and his family get in touch with their wild side as they pounce and claw their way through puzzles and challenges; it's time to knee slide onto the field with Ryan.
