Plot Synopsis

SEARIOUS MEATS is a half-hour reality series that follows renowned carnivore and chef Justin Brunson, as he hits the road on a mouthwatering journey across America. In each city, he steps into the protein-rich kitchens of some serious meat savants, to taste and celebrate their savory creations. On Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at 10pm ET/7pm PT, Cooking Channel premiered the series pilot, but the cable channel had no other episodes on its schedule at that time. In the pilot, "Cowtown to Chowtown," Justin stays in his hometown of Denver, CO, striking meat gold in a wild west showdown versus some killer Bs -- Burgers, Barbecue, Bacon and Bison -- as he visits Rolling Smoke BBQ, Meadowlark Kitchen, and more.
