Plot Synopsis

SEASIDE RENO is a half-hour reality series that follows brother-sister duo TJ and Shaye Martin, as they find overlooked properties and turn them into seaside stunners on Florida's Emerald Coast. While realtor TJ closes the deals, builder and designer Shaye customizes the homes for families seeking a place in the sun. On Saturday, June 23, 2018 at 11pm ET/PT, HGTV premiered the series pilot, but the cable channel had no other episodes on its schedule at that time. In the pilot, "Brother-and-Sister Beach House Flip," TJ and Shaye work together to repair and update a bargain-priced but very outdated beach house in Pensacola, FL, creating a space that takes advantage of the sun, sand and fun in the area.
