Plot Synopsis

Using news footage, home video, and eyewitness testimony, a team of experts examines today's natural disasters to determine what caused them and how they stack up against the worst of all time. Each 60-minute episode highlights the destructive power of three natural disasters, including: a massive tornado that rips through a Midwestern town, destroying everything in it's path; a giant wall of snow in Canada; a monster tsunami in Southeast Asia that kills 283,000 people; a massive landslide that chases a group of construction workers; a tornado that tears through an airport; an earthquake that threatens a 700-year-old church; and more.
