Plot Synopsis

SHAPE OF PASTA is a short-form docuseries that follows Chef Evan Funke on his pursuit of pasta perfection in Italy, as he uncovers the craft and culture behind some rare and forgotten pasta shapes. In the series opener, Evan travels to Teana to explore a nearly extinct pasta shape: Rasccatieddi di Miscchieddu. Then, the second episode takes Evan to Roddino to uncover the secrets of the stuffed pasta Agnolotti Del Plin. In the third installment, Even tracks down a woman in a photo and learns the secrets of a forgotten shape: Strangulet. On Monday, April 6, 2020 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, Quibi released the first three 9-minute episodes of SHAPE OF PASTA on the day the streaming service launched.
