Plot Synopsis

Ed is a forthright and opinionated father who expresses his unsolicited and often wildly politically incorrect observations to anyone within earshot. Now 72-years-old and with three ex-wives, this retired military doctor spews caustic one-liners, mostly at his two sons Henry and Vince. Henry is a struggling writer-turned-unpaid blogger who agrees to move in with his father even though he'll no longer be able to easily escape his dad's endless verbal assault. Ed's other son, Vince, is the meek half of a husband/wife real-estate couple with domineering Bonnie, but he's still a frequent target of his dad's outrageous barbs. When Ed asked Henry to move back home, did he do it out of sympathy for his son or for a second chance to be the father he never was?
